Christmas Jingles

Last year I got an order from S., in the US, for a jester doll inspired by one of the characters she plays at Texas Renaissance Festival, Jingles: http://deriana.livejournal.com/127542.html
This time she asked for a Christmas version of Jingles. =)

Oh, what can I say about sweet little Jingles? =)
Construction-wise, it's pretty much like the previous jester, but it has a few more additions as the gold stitching parting the dual coloured felt diamond shapes and the tiny bag on her belt.
And her hat! Those tiny leafs were of a couple of trinkets I found in my stash. I cut them in half and curled a point to be able to sew them to the hat once they were painted green. =D I love these lucky finds!

Her beaded cap sleeves have the same gold trim as the shirt.

And this Jingles really does jingle! =) I added a little bell to the red ribbon hanging from her belt.
